Are you happy today? Why?

I think of myself as a very happy person.  Very few things ever get me down, and never for long.  The other day though, I thought back and realized that at least one really bad thing has happened in my life in every year over the last ten years.  I'd never looked at things that way before and it surprised me there were so many bad things. Fortunately all these bad things were dealt with and set aside.  What I realized though, was that in spite of all the problems that I've encountered over the years, I've chosen to be happy, and that has made all the difference.

I dunno.  I'm just in a good mood today.  Maybe coz it's Friday 

[Alon]

I'm happy because my laptop is working again.    

[Alon]

I'm happy coz the coffee is ready

[Alon]

I'm in a pretty good mood, especially for a Monday morning.   

[Alon]

I took my phone to a repair shop to get a new battery.  It'll cost $80 dollars, but if it works, it's better than getting a new phone.   

[Alon]

Got the new battery and the phone is much better now.  I haven't checked to see how low it'll go before it shuts down but it's holding up pretty well.  If I can get a couple more years out of this phone, it'll be worth it.

Not sure why, but today is a good day

It's ok, it's Friday.

Actually...no.  I have to work and I'm really out of practice.

I don't feel tired

Today was okay.   

[Alon]

I don't know.  It's okay

I'm happy today because I got all the things done that I wanted to get done today and it's only 2 o'clock!
